Eve Holzemer is an Adult Nurse Practitioner with the Department of Neurology and Psychiatry.

She graduated from Jewish Hospital School of Nursing with a Diploma in 1978, and worked in the critical care environment for 18 years. She completed her baccalaureate at McKendree College in Lebanon, IL in 1985, and theMaster’s in Nursing in 1998. She was certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner in March 1998, when she joined the Department of Neurology.

The Department of Neurology and Psychiatry merged in 2007, and Eve became the Administrative Director of the Clinical Research Unit. She is currently managing multiple acute and secondary stroke trials, following patients in the clinic, managing the anticoagulation clinic and overseeing the research efforts for the department.
